Friends and family members say that Imam’s days, months and years were divided and well planned in order to carryout divine deeds and the jobs for welfare of people and society.
They recall that Imam’s single day was well planned and organized to such an extent as it seemed that he had intended to carry out useful multi tasks within 24 hours equivalent to a year.
The great leader of the Muslim world had exercised a great deal of discipline during the blessed month of Ramadan.
Imam had great love for reciting Quran, supplications by the holy prophet of Islam and his infallible successors, and saying prayers during this period.
At the same time, Imam never missed to teach students at seminaries and attending issues regarding the people’s religious and social welfare.
Imam was also too punctual as he visited the holy shrine of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) each day during his long stay in the holy city of Najaf and while in exile.
Imam continued performing the divine deeds during Ramadan and other months even after assuming responsibility as the founder of the Islamic Republic in 1979.
The great Imam was well known due to his great trust and faith in God, the Almighty during all thin and thick times.
The world Muslim leader stood with his faith to revive the rights of mass public and to contain the aggressive policies of colonial powers against the oppressed nations.
