Answer : In Imam Khomeini's interpretations, the concept of the weak and oppressed sect connotes a union of all the world's weak people, whether Muslim or non-Muslim, who have made a unified group to remove all the existing barriers in front and stand against the west and east arrogant. In fact, the concept of the weak and oppressed sect is derived from a Qur'an interpretation, which says God the creator, has introduced the Weak as the real heirs of the earth.
