The current book titled “al-Bada'a al-Muzja'a fi fiqh al-ma'alamat has been authored by grandson of Imam His Eminence Sayyed Ali Khomeini who has undertaken very useful discussions about the specialized rules and terms of the jurisprudence and concepts and their evolution through various eras.
The precious book reflects ma'alaat i.e. dealings in accordance with Islamic traditions throughout various eras. The writer in first volume discusses the system of transactions and trade and the nature of property and issues surrounding such subjects and the views of great jurisprudents in this regard
The other volums of the book contains at least six sections, each of which include several chapters.
The book which contains a variety of discussion is an innovative approach by the famous author regarding a range of jurisprudential subjects and a detailed look at them within the contractual and conceptual longitudinal system.
The learned author, which has explored methodology and works of several jurisprudents and scholars, indicates many problems with the current existing classifications and suggests practical solutions.
The scholar has divided the laws of Islam into four major parts of worship, contracts, edicts, and decrees. He has also discussed worship, contracts, rhythms and rulings in the book in accordance with the Islamic jurisprudence.
